The refuge is hosting a booth again this year to provide information about birds of prey.  They will bring some of the live birds currently at the refuge, including Owls and more.

Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue
Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue

Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue is a Boxer (the dog) rescue in western North Carolina, rescuing dogs from local shelters throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and parts of Virginia.  All of their rescued Boxers are in FOSTER HOMES and are not kenneled at a facility.  This way, the dogs receive one on one care, as well as the love and attention that only comes from being in a family environment.  They learn their likes, dislikes, and temperament and can address any illnesses or behavior problems quickly.

The rescue is hosting a booth this year, bringing many of their foster dogs available for adoption and collecting goods and other donations to support their efforts.
